Cave tubing is probably the best thing I've ever done in my life. So many people are afraid to venture away from the cruise line booked excursions, but with this company, you don't have to be. They will pick you up at the cruise terminal, and drive you to the caves. The drive there is very fun. Each crew member seems to love their job, but how could they not living in such a beautiful place? I thought it would be scary, but it was very relaxing. The hike was beautiful and I got to take a lot of pictures. Bring a waterproof camera. We later stopped off for an amazing lunch at a palapa. We were back to our cruise terminal in plenty of time to enjoy a belikin beer at the nearby bar. The whole trip was awesome. Thanks!

Just got back from Belize as part of a 7-day Caribbean Cruise and Cave-tubing.com was the best part of the trip. We were met at the pier, just as they said we would be. We were a little concerned at the start- not booking through the cruise ship- but it was the best thing we did. We felt as if we got a real feel for this place. The tour guides were a lot of fun, the bus ride, stopping for refreshments, the hike were all beautiful. Thank you, Tigre for putting the cruise tubers in their place for cutting in front of us. Cave-tubing.com linked us into groups as we traveled down the river, which was awesome, it made you get to know the people on your tour; instead of being left to smash into the rocks like the cruise tubers. Lunch was fantastic! The price un-beatable, and the experience one I will never forget. I will return to Belize and to cave-tubing.com. Thanks for the wonderful experience! The caves are beautiful and the hike up the mountain was gorgeous, one you will enjoy if you love the outdoors. We (party of sixteen) also participated in the ATV tour which was a lot of fun. Even though the ground was wet, I enjoyed the ride. So, if you don’t mind getting a little mud on you then, you will also enjoy this venture. The tour guides were fabulous, they did an outstanding job of entertaining, educating and making sure everyone was content. Speedo you take care of that arm, I hope you heal well (this is your nurse speaking) lol. The tours directly from cave-tubing.com are less expensive that the excursions from the ship.
P.S. The food was absolutely delicious (home cooked meal), we had coleslaw, chicken and rice for lunch, it reminded me of the food back home, very ethnic and flavorful.

We recently returned from Belize, where we tried cave tubing for the first time. I chose Cave-Tubing.com because of all of the great reviews and the price. I was not disappointed. We had one of the most memorable excursions ever, and our tour guide Dennis was knowledgeable as well as entertaining. Safety was never our concern, as Dennis and the other guides knew the caves and the river backwards and forwards. They even had to help out guests from other tours when they got stuck.
I am glad that I chose Cave-Tubing.com for my first cave tubing experience. The price was unbeatable and the value we received was top-notch.

I just want to say that if you are hesitant to book with Cave-Tubing.com don't be. This was our first cruise and we were trying to find alternatives to expensive shore excursions that the ship offered. We were a family of five traveling on a budget. This tour was the best part of the trip !!!! It was under half the cost of the ship's price and better than what the ship offered. In fact the ship's excursion was near this one and people in that tour were very disorganized and were drifting off and one person even lost a camera but one of the members from Cave-Tubing.com went back and dove under the water and retrieved the camera for the person. People from the ships tour were commenting on how they should have booked with tour group instead. The whole experience was very easy. You just send your reservation online (no credit card or payment needed). Then you get a confirmation to print, and when you get to shore Cave-Tubing.com has a person holding a sign.WARNING: After this experience it's all you will talk about the remainder of your trip. My husband talked about it for the remaining five days of our cruise. We are home now and he cant stop talking about it. If you want a lifetime memorable experience book this trip you wont be disappointed. If you have limited funds and are planning excursions, this is the one!!! Best time on the cruise. My girlfriend and I recently got back from a Western Caribbean cruise with Carnival Cruise Line. The highlight of the cruise had to be our stop in Belize and the time we spent with the Cave-Tubing.com folks. When we arrived they were waiting for us at the port with one of their busses. They quickly gathered us up and got us on the road toward our adventure. On the way out of Belize City Evan and Keith gave us a very nice city tour. The ride to the ATV area was not only interesting but very fun and relaxing. They did a great job of explaining everything and making everyone feel very comfortable. The rest of the tour went exactly as they described it. We had an absolute blast on the ATV’s and looked like “chocolate chip cookies” when we were done. The cave tubing part of the tour was great too. Walking through the jungle and then going down a river in the rain forest is something that should not be missed. Another thing that shouldn’t be missed is the lunch after you’re done. The day we were there a stewed chicken lunch was on the menu. This was some of the best food that we had on the cruise and is well worth the price.
The only thing that I would recommend for this adventure is a nice pair of water shoes. They came in so handy for both the ATV and cave tubing parts of the day. I also brought a waterproof camera which was great but if you don’t have one it’s ok. They will watch your stuff while you do the ATV and everything is locked on the bus when you tube. This means you can take pictures when you’re done and not worry about your gear while you’re having fun.
With this tour you’re really getting a whole day of fun and adventure. You get the city tour, ATV fun, cave tubing, authentic food and even a drink if you want it. It’s truly a “combo” that you really need to do. Even, Keith, Danesia, Aston, “7” and the rest of them were just great about making us feel very comfortable and confident about our choice. They are very knowledgeable, funny, and professional the whole time. Some of the other guides that we saw weren’t even close to the level these folks are. We were very happy that we chose the Cave-Tubing.com tour over the others. Butts Up!

The highlight of our recent Western Caribbean cruise was by far the cave tubing. After seeing the comments on other internet sites about cave-tubing.com we figured we would take a chance. And we are very happy we did. The entire experience, from the bus ride, the walk-thru the rain forest and then the tubing, was awesome. Even our 9 yr old loved it! Without question we would highly recommend this. Don’t worry about what the cruise line says about booking outside of their excursions. This was safe, it was fun, and you get back with plenty of time. You not only save money, but you get a much more personal setting. Don’t miss this.

We went on our honeymoon on the Carnival Valor on 5/17/09 and had the best time ever. I work for Carnival and am always skitish about taking shore tours with outside vendors but you guys had such amazing reviews I decided to take the chance because this is what I really wanted to do. Magnificent, Outstanding, Amazing, Wonderful, Breathtaking....and many other words that I could just go on with. We had the best time out of any shore tour on any of the islands and I am excited to take my children on this tour on our next cruise..as a matter of fact you guys are the reason I am booking another cruise to the western Caribbean rather than the eastern. Loved the tour and was grateful that you got us back in plenty of time to do some shopping too!

My girlfriend and I recently returned from Belize, where we had an incredible time cave tubing. The experience was well worth the price. Our tour guides, Richard, Miles and Jimmy were absolutely amazing. They were all very informative and hysterical. The shuttle ride to the caves was like a comedy show in itself. These gentlemen worked so hard to insure that we had a great time. Enough cannot be said about how marvelous the caves were. Quite possibly the coolest place I have ever been to. I was in awe the whole time. This tour was without a doubt, the highlight of our cruise. I highly recommend cave-tubing.com. I will undoubtedly use them again. Perhaps next time we'll try the ATV tour as well. Thank you guys for an excursion we will never forget.

We just returned from cruising on the Carnival Legend and had decided to try cave tubing in Belize. I was apprehensive about cave tubing due to safety concerns (I have two young children) and the possibility of missing the ship. Let me tell you, cave-tubing.com took away all those concerns. From the moment we stepped off the tender in Belize, we were greeted with the energetic, professional employees of cave-tubing.com. Every guide we encountered worked hard to make the excursion fun and extremely safe for my family and every individual on the tour. They were more conscientious of the time than I was and made sure we were back a full hour before the last tender returned to the boat. The scenery is breathtaking and the experience of floating through the cave was amazing. I was also very pleased with how wonderful the guides were to my children. Our guide, Keith was waiting for us when the ship arrived just as promised in the information send with our confirmation. We were put on a bus and not only did Keith give us all of the information that we needed to go tubing but he was entertaining and gave us a lot of information about Belize along our trip. We had many guides along with us and I have never seen a harder working group of people. They could not have done enough to make our trip more pleasant. I had read a lot of reviews about people getting snake bitten and was a little nervous before getting off the bus but Keith reassured us all that there were no snakes and he was right. There were no accidents on our excursion. After tubing we got back on the bus and were taken to another location to change into dry clothes and could have an optional lunch I highly recommend having the lunch. It is only $5 and a delicious lunch. I would do this trip again and highly recommend it.

We just returned from our family cruise and one of the best highlights was the Cave tubing and ATV trip with this fun group of people. Richard was the puppet master that made sure everyone had a good time and needed nothing. We were a large family group of almost 30 with kids and elderly people and let me tell you Richard came short of carrying people if he needed to and believe me he would of if asked. There was David and a couple of other guides (I apologize but can't remember their names) but they were all great and at all times attentive to our needs at all times. This is a must see trip for all, Belize is a beautiful place with warm people.

I am a travel agent of 18+ years and typically like to book my shore excursions independently of the cruise lines. My family and I are a little more adventuresome (my husband, my 17 year old daughter, my 13 year old son, and myself). I did my research ahead of time and read all the great reviews and decided cave-tubing.com was the way to go. I have to say, this cave tubing trip was, by far, the highlight of our 7 night cruise.
First, we were greeted at the Belize cruise terminal at the exact spot my email confirmation indicated. Our tour bus "guide" was Keith -aka Speedo. This guy is hilarious. We had a short tour of Belize City. Keith told us about the local schools, hospital, and shopping. We were then off to the jungle. The bus ride went by very fast as Keith kept us entertained. We arrived at the cave tubing spot and unloaded. We had a short bathroom break and then we were off. We grabbed our innertubes and life jackets and our adventure started. We all had to take a quick dip in the water to get cooled off before our trek started. Keith and Dennis led us through the jungle, along the way pointing out several points of interest. Keith found a termites nest. He opened it up and ate a termite. He then asked for volunteers to do the same. My 13year old son volunteered. He ate 3 termites. Keith and my son both said they had a minty taste - okay, I will just have to take your word for it. My son still has not stopped talking about eating termites - thank you for that once in a lifetime experience.
Upon arriving at the river, we were helped into our tubes, linked together, and off we went. Our guide for this part was Dennis. Dennis, I have never seen arm muscles that big - wow. I see how you got these. Dennis paddled and paddled and paddled, or drug and drug and drug getting us along the river. Oh, one very important thing to pay attention to......when they say BUTTS UP, they mean butts up. Actually, they yell "Cave tubing" and you respond with "Butts Up".
We had people in our group from about 7 years old to about 65 years old. Everyone was laughing and having a great time. We did not pay a dime until the tour was over and we were completely satisfied.
Cave-tubing is a top notch company that I will recommend to any and all of my clients going to Belize. I hope to do that tour again.

We just returned from a family vacation in the City of Belize . This was our eighth cruise, five of which have been associated with Carnival Cruise.
We had the opportunity to schedule a tour with cave-tubing.com. At first, I was a little hesitant to schedule five family members as the tour was not mentioned as one of the Carnival cruise excursions.
When we arrived at port, we had no problem finding the tour bus and were greeted by one of the representatives, named Richard. He was very pleasant and very accommodating. We were escorted to another greeting area where we first met Keith aka “Speedo” and Usher. We had no clue what we were getting into, but I can only say this was one of the most pleasant shore excursions my wife and I have experienced.
I have been involved in Public Safety for twenty years. I can say the experience of the ATV tour as well as the river- cave tour was extremely safe. Speedo and Usher kept the group very interested and entertained us through the entire excursion. I never felt that anyone participating in the tour were at risk. Both tour guides kept the entire group together. I believe Speedo went above and beyond in customer service, highlighting points of interest.
We were transported in a bus driven by Dirty Harry, who kept us safe as well. We cannot express how happy we were with this outing. Don’t forget your water shoes and water camera.
Cave-tubing.com was FUN and SAFE.
I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Belize . It is too bad others involved with the Carnival Cruises do not have the opportunity to take part in this professional tour, as well as interact with the great tour guides. THANK YOU!

On Christmas eve day our extended family of 9 people, ages ranging from 8 years to 73 years old, took an ATV and cave tubing tour in Belize with the wonderful people from cave-tubing.com. From a recommendation of a friend we decided to book this excursion on our own rather than going through the cruise line and we were a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. But the cost was far less expensive than a similar excursion promoted by the cruise ship and all of our fears about the unknown vanished immediately when we met our guides. The tour guides were outstanding. Evan, "Dirty Harry" (our bus driver), Lerone & Miles were devoted to making sure we had an incredibly fun, but safe experience. While other cave tubing tours around us appeared a bit disorganized and members of their parties were scattered, our guides stayed close to us and kept us together at all times and we progressed in a fun and orderly fashion. Our guides were even very entertaining on the air conditioned bus ride to and from the site and they gave us an interesting overview of Belize City and the country of Belize along the way. The ATV ride through the rain forest was fun and exciting and the cave tubing was relaxing and incredibly beautiful. The only complaint we had about the trip is that we were enjoying ourselves so much that the time went much too fast! Our entire cruise was a fun experience, but cave-tubing.com was definitely the highlight of our trip. We highly recommend cave-tubing.com for an excursion if you get the opportunity to visit Belize on your next vacation.

Our family took a Thanksgiving cruise on Norwegian Pearl and booked this tour on-line before our trip. We decided to do the ATV's, as well as the tubing. I have never dealt with a more professional group of guides than with cavetubing.com. We were slightly apprehensive about the ATV's and the tubing since our children are fairly young (ages 9 and 7) but the experience was amazing, not to mention VERY safe. We had Joel take care of us the entire day. From the moment we stepped off the tender and met our tour bus, we were treated like royalty. Not only were all three guides on our bus very informative about what to expect, they kept us laughing with their humor the entire time. We have such great pictures because Joel kept taking pictures of us as a family throughout our entire journey. To book a similar (but not nearly as great) tour through the ship was triple the price and would not allow children under 12 to participate. I would recommend this tour to everyone going to Belize. You cannot go wrong with this fabulous tubing company. We were thrilled that we brought a waterproof camera because we now have so many great memories of our trip. Thanks so much for making our vacation extra special!

I, have to admit, I was a little cautious of booking this excursion on-line. That was all put aside once we got off the Tender and followed the direction that Yhony e-mailed and printed-out (which is a must). From beginning to end our group of 7 from the motor coach ride, the walk through the rain forest, and then finally on to the tubing!!! There aren’t enough words to describe just how much fun we had. We did two caves and everyone that booked through an on-board ship excursion only got to do one. It was very well organized with guides at each end of the tube train and at the sides too. We were also the only tour in the caves that had large spot light to show the rock formations and wildlife too. Forget about the rest because these guys are the best!!!!!!

Thank you for a fantastic day. You are total professional's, I booked on line with you and received a confirmation within 24 hours - with no deposit required! You gave us detailed instructions on where to go when we got off the ship, and were there waiting for us, and about 40 other lucky guests. Transported by AC Bus, with the best entertainment this side of Las Vegas. Our lead guide was Richard, what a doll, he had us all laughing the whole way (45 minutes) to the cave area. We collected our tubes and headed off for a 20 minute walk through the jungle. So beautiful, we saw monkeys and all kinds of amazing local trees and plants, and much to my delight, no spiders or snakes. The trip was beautiful, and the guides were very informative. As far as safety, I felt completely safe with Richard, Evan, and the rest of the Cave-Tubing.com guys. The whole gang worked really hard, and aside from each group having two guides there were extra staff just mixing in and back and forth to make sure we were all fine. After we returned to the bus, with a quick stop for changing out of wet stuff, and a cold drink and snack we were again treated to Richard’s wonderful stories about his island.
If you do not have a good time on this trip it is your fault, cause the guys knock themselves out to make you happy!! And DO NOT let the ship tell you this is not safe, I am in more danger in the local grocery store than with them. But do make tender arrangements ahead of time, as the ship is really not very helpful unless you have booked a tour though them. I just called guest services the night before and asked about the meeting place, but I did notice some people had not and were being shuffled around. All got ashore, but some with a little more stress than others. We arrived back at the tender dock with time to get a quick drink before we boarded the tender to return to the ship. Evan, Harry and Richard made sure that we were taken cared of while we did our combo tour. The ATV Jungle Tour was a lot of fun. We had so many pictures and short videos taken by Norman at the jungle since we were the only ones who were brave and adventurous enough to do that that day :) The cave tubing was a hit. BUTTS UP! Evan's jump and flip off the rock will always be remembered.

Hi All - just wanted to drop a thank you note for your hospitality and the great time my group and I had during our excursion with your team. We arrived on the Carnival Legend on November 6th, and had a group of 14 people. Our choice, which we later appreciate even more, was to go for the double-the-fun Tubing and ATV combo. It was - by far - the best excursion our group was on, and such an incredible day to spend in Belize. The day started with a meet & greet with the excursion team at the dock, where we boarded the buss on our way to the ATV site. Your staff was such a pleasure to spend the day with, and were a great combination of entertaining, funny, informative and professional. We also appreciated the fact that you drove an additional bus along, just to provide a sure way of getting back to the ship should any delays occur. The ATV setup, ride and track was the best we have ever experienced. The combination of mud puddles, tree roots, hairpin turns and deep terrain made this experience so much fun - we talked about it for days! Next was the short drive to the jungle to prepare for the cave tubing;
All equipment was prepared, water shoes were easy to arrange and rent, and the guides were a pleasure in helping the ladies by carrying their tubes to the river. The actual tubing portion was a combination of exhilaration and relaxation that would be hard to duplicate. Refreshing water, beautiful large caves, slow motion floating and low light - time passed so quickly, even though we were there for almost an hour. Safety was such an important aspect of the trip for us, and we were very satisfied with your approach to conducting your business in the most safe manner. Human-chaining the riders to each other and placing the instructors on the ends of each chain literally assured our safety and made us all comfortable - allowing us to truly enjoy ourselves without being pre-occupied.
Ending the day at your jungle oasis, with the great tasting Hot Tamales you provided (and we were as hungry as one can be), was a great way to close a wonderful day that we will not forget for years to come.
I wanted to thank you all, on behalf of my group and myself, for such a great experience. It is clearly visible that you are a well run outfit, and that everyone working there truly loves what they do. Our guides were sincere, safety oriented, knowledgeable while sharing information on Belize, cracked their share of jokes, and generally knew how to create the best experience for their guests. I booked your team directly through the web, and recommend it to anyone getting to Belize for the day, or longer. The smaller group, more personal, tours and professional approach alone are sufficient. Getting a much more cost effective deal than the ones using the Ship's offered excursions is certainly a welcome benefit!

Our trip to Belize was soo much fun! It was on October 2nd 2008. We began with our ATV tour which was a lot of fun. It was beautiful back in the forest and MUDDY, Which made it a good time. The guys were soo amazing while we were doing the ATV they were running along- side of us and taking our pictures and making sure no one got stuck in the mud. When it came to the cave tubing that was by far the best part. The tour guides were so nice and did not let any of the women carry their own tube. I felt soo bad for them because they all had like 6 tubes on their arms! The walk was not as bad as I thought it would be. My husband and I bought cheap water shoes for the trip and they worked out fine. I did get a blister…but it didn’t hurt at all. It was mainly because my feet were wet for that long. There are a lot of small pebbles you are walking on and it is mostly downhill. If=2 0you have bad feet I would probably wear tennis shoes you don’t mind getting really dirty. Once we got into the water and on our tubes we attached with our feet under the arms of the person in front of you. The guides were amazing and didn’t make us work at all. All we had to do was keep our “Butts up!” Let me tell you something. These tour guides are AMAZING…they have to work soooo hard so we do not. And I just want to let them know…that it is appreciated. We felt safe the entire time…and we had fun the whole time. Thanks a lot!!
Once we left the cave tubing area we stopped back at home-base and they brought tomales and chips and soda. We had a party on the bus. We had to do that because we were running behind on time and they wanted to make sure we got back on time. It was very nice of them to cook for us and take care of us like that. Sinc e there was three cruise ships in port that day the number of people was probably a little larger than what they normally have. But they were so organized and I never felt like they were not in control. Everything flowed nicely and we never had to wait around for anyone. I give them an A+ !! They said they learned a few things this trip, and next time they were going to do things a little differently when they have such a large crowd…but I thought they did great!
